Job Description

We are looking at 3D Renderer & Visualizer to work within our Architectural visualization Team in delivering Architectural Design Visualization, Animation & Presentation Projects to our Clients. The primary responsibilities of a 3D designer are designing, creating, and providing aesthetic advice for presentations. Producing compelling, photo realistic 3D renderings, animation, and photo composites.

Role

• Assist head of the team senior architect and senior 3D visualizer) and Working closely with design teams to plan and visualize Building Designs (Visualizing building concepts in various graphic mediums).

Experience

• Minimum one year of Experience in 3D Rendering & Visualization .

Qualifications

• A portfolio of high quality graphical work produced in a professional environment.
• Must be an expert in use of software: 3Ds Max / Vray / Lumion /Sketch up / AutoCAD / Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Revit Architecture and any other graphic or rendering software.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in a creative environment; preferably with a graduate level qualification or any equivalent Degree.
• Well knowledge in modeling and rendering softwares More than academic qualification.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Producing Visualizations is the main element of the role but it also includes:
  1. Illustrations 2. Photography and photomontage.
• Construct Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for presentation Participate in research and presentation of new design proposals to clients or managers.
• Assisting interior designers, architects or graphic designers in space planning and design details.
• Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models.
• Creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real – life objects using special rendering software.
• Enhancing images and adding special effects creatively.
• Creating 3D walk-throughs and fly-through in artistic fields.
• Delivering Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to clients.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Excellent rendering skills.
• Ability to comprehend and design Architectural Details.
• Ability to interpret Architectural Design properly.
• Proficient in 3D visuals, AutoCAD and Photoshop in reviewing 2D and 3D designs.
• Must Possess excellent design creativity, flair and positive attitude with a first-class eye for design details.
• Should be able to produce results in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work with speed and meet deadlines.
• Ability to produce as an individual or as a part of team as well.
