A Popular Commercial Structure located in a niche area in Mumbai. The building was a beauty and comprised home appliances and furnishing shops. The building is located at the centre of the town and has G plus 4 floors.

Design Evolution

requirements

The client wanted to create a ground-plus 4 structure commercial building. The building is mainly comprised of home appliances and furnishing shops. They wanted this building to be a great attraction for shoppers and customers who are keen on home appliances. The client provided us with a floor plan for all the floors but no 3D model. As per the client’s requirements, we developed a single elevation.

challenges

Like with other projects, we follow a similar guideline. We sit together with the architect and understand the requirements, and what the client's dream vision is. Once we gather all the details and data, we are ready to start with the visualization process.

solution

There are thousands of commercial buildings out there; however, our aim was to make this building unique and different from the rest. To do that, we came up with experimental ideas, and thought process that was different.
