Job Description

We are looking for a right-brained Architect to assist the chief architect and to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and rendering and visualization. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations of all type of building Projects. The goal is to match client’s needs and Requirements to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Role

• Assist Chief Architect In various process of Rendering and visualization of Architectural projects.

Experience

• Minimum one year of Architectural Experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
• A portfolio of high quality Creative Architectural Design works and well knowledge in architectural softwares especially AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup V-ray, Lumion, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Architect and the head of the team with full support and respect.
• Playing a part in project and team management.
• Control the project from start to finish to ensure high quality, creative, innovative, and functional design.
• Take the “brief” to identify the client’s needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
• Develop 3D models, support 3D Visualizers for the rendering and visualization process and work together as a team to achieve the best out.
• Develop ideas keeping in mind the client’s needs, the building’s usage, and the environmental impact.
• Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
• Compile project specifications.
• Keep within budgets and timelines.
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
• Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications, and contracts.
• Cooperate and communicate with Architectural professionals.
• Follow architectural trends and advancements.
• Provides support to other Architects and management staff.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Proven working training experience as an Architect.
• Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
• Leadership skills as well as the ability to work well within a team of other professionals.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent project management skills & communication skills, both written and oral.
• Organizational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Excellent design and drawing skills and familiarity with design softwares.
• Well in design softwares: AutoCAAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup V–ray, Lumion, etc. Basic Knowledge in 3Ds Max, Revit architecture.
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
• Visual awareness and an eye for detail as well as the ability to see the bigger picture of a project.
• Willingness to work long hours, under time and budget pressure.
