Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Motion Graphic Designer who can ideate and execute compelling cutting edge 2D and 3D motion graphics for a variety of our Architectural Projects. 

Role

• Assist Chief Technology Officer and Junior Architect and Working closely with architectural and design teams to Create Animation videos of Architectural Projects(3D Walkthrough / Flythrough) and also includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, Presentations and more.
• Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

Experience

• Minimum of one year Experience in Making 3D Walkthrough /Flythrough/ Architectural Animations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in a creative environment; preferably with a graduate level qualification or any equivalent Degree.
• A solid portfolio of work / samples of motion graphic design that effectively demonstrates your workflow process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Combine video, 3D Animation, text, and other graphics into an integrated visual experience.
• Work closely with Architect, 3D designers , other creative teams.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Proven graphic designing experience.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Computer-aided design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Lumion).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically, Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design.
• Hands-on person with a positive team attitude.
• Stays current with development of graphics software and style.
